Fumihiro Arasawa, has over 20 years of experience in the consulting and education industries. After working for 6 years at Shiba Gakuen, he further his study abroad and joined the famous Japanese consulting company. At that consulting company after working in the United States and working in the consulting department, he launched the Southeast Asian business and worked as the president of Vietnam and a global consultant. Fumihiro Arasawa contribute to globalization, strategy creation, organization making, business improvement and reform of client companies. Based on his consulting experience, he provides business improvement/reform and cutting-edge business automation/digitalization solutions.
Calvin Thong, founder of xWIN has more than 20 years experience in IT and finance asset management industry. Calvin is an experienced portfolio manager with highly skilled in portfolio management and business process enhancement. Calvin was ex-portfolio manager in BlackRock Japan, specializing in global ETF and index funds in developed and emerging market for pension and retail clients. Calvin is also one of the main key person in migrating the legacy portfolio management system to brand new Aladdin platform. In addition, Calvin is skilled in various programming skill including .NET C#, ASP.NET, Javascript, PHP and VBA. Calvin graduated with Masters in Applied Finance from Macquarie University as well as Bachelor degreee in computer science from University Science Malaysia.
Mr. Van Ngoc An got Ph.D. in Japan in 2008 and had been working as a researcher in The University of Tokyo for 4 years. In 2013, he returned to Vietnam and joined Toshiba Software Development Vietnam (TSDV) after that. At TSDV, he worked in R&D and Human Resource Training projects. In 2017, Mr.Van Ngoc An and some friends founded ARS Viet Nam Co., Ltd. As the CEO, Mr. Van Ngoc An and his colleagues are providing the software outsourcing services as well as R&D projects with advanced technologies using AI (Deep Learning) and Embedded Technologies. His company is also providing the training services for the engineers of Japanese companies in Viet Nam.
Mr. Vu Khac Quyet graduated from Hanoi University of Science & Technology , Vietnam, in 2010. Right after that, he joined Toshiba Software Development Vietnam (TSDV) and worked in Embedded projects with Japanese customers, especially on Automotive technology, which required very advanced skills and strict quality control, such as AUTOSAR, Functional Safety, Security,... Mr. Vu Khac Quyet also worked with Factory Automation projects to develop the software controller for complex machines. He not only worked as a software developer but also had over 10 years experienced on managing outsourcing services. Mr. Vu Khac Quyet is one of the founders and currently is the CTO of ARS Viet Nam Co., Ltd.
